Obama visits Iowa…. again.
I wonder what it would be like to live in a state that is hotly contested election year after election year. I imagine I’d get sick of the commercials… Is there any real correlation between electorial votes and number of times candidates visit a state? Can you over-saturate your constituents, how many different ways can you say the same thing? Unless you are always changing your platform and flip flopping on issues based upon who’s sitting in front of you.
(Whotv.com) July 30, 2007–Another week, another round of presidential candidates making campaign stops in Iowa. Democratic senator Barack Obama will be in Cedar Rapids for a town hall meeting. Today’s visit marks Obama’s 18th trip to Iowa since he started his presidential campaign. Presidential candidate Tom Tancredo held an ice cream social in Waukee Sunday afternoon.
